I am a certified practitioner in the Ancestral Medicine Network, led by Dr. Daniel Foor.

This method is a step-by-step process of reconnection and healing, combined with the wisdom of you and your ancestors. The following is a basic framework, but can be expanded or adjusted to meet your needs.

  • An introduction to ancestral connection, ritual, and using intuition

  • An assessment of the wellness of the 4 primary blood lineages

  • Finding a guide along the lineage of focus to assist and support the healing

  • Understanding the stories, inheritances and troubles of your lineage

  • Healing and reconnection of unwell or troubled ancestors along the lineage, from ancient ones to recent dead.

  • Embodying the strength and healed energy of your people, and stepping into your role as the face of the lineage
