This method is a step-by-step process of reconnection and healing, combined with the wisdom of you and your ancestors. The following is a basic framework, but can be expanded or adjusted to meet your needs.

Cultural Reconnection
1:1 Support for embodied reconnection
Colonization, assimilation, forced migration and enslavement has severed us from our connection to our cultural identities and inheritances. For many, the path of ancestral healing weaves together cultural reclamation with lineage repair as a way to embody our ancestral connection.
Cultural Reconnection support can be done as a part of 1:1 Ancestral Lineage Repair, or on it’s own.
